Investor's Capital Management, LLC is a
Fee-Only organization. No compensation of any sort is received by ICM
other than that paid directly by clients. This puts ICM and your interests
in line with minimal conflict of interest and it also means we do not sell
anything but portfolio management and financial planning services. There is
no sales pressure ever.
What are ICM's fees for
portfolio management and financial planning?
Due to efficient operation, our fees compare very favorably
with other advisors. Three plans are available:

Managed Accounts
For those clients wishing to delegate the daily activities of
monitoring, trading, and tracking their investments, we suggest a Managed Account.
You receive additional services which include the

based on the amount of assets under management.

a low $667 per month. The asset-based fee decreases as the
assets in the account increase.

need at least $1,000,000 to invest and there is a minimum
monthly fee of $667 for managed account clients. As an example, the fee for
$1,266,667 of assets is $800 per month. For managing individual
stocks, a separate 0.45% add-on fee is imposed. For manually entered accounts, a
separate 0.20% add-on fee is
imposed.

are not included in reports from ICM.
There
may be a one-time design fee.

Multiple family accounts for those using the same
mailing address may be joined for the purposes of
computing the fees. Fees are paid in advance at the beginning of each quarter. With
your approval, fees are deducted directly from your investment account. You may
terminate at any time with no notice and no penalty; any fee paid past the
termination date is refunded.
Cookbook Investment Management
For investors who
want to carry out the daily activities of monitoring, trading, and record
keeping themselves, a Cookbook arrangement is ideal since it offers monthly email updates and twice-yearly review meetings
with a financial planner intimately familiar with the recommended portfolios.
The portfolios are globally diversified and composed 100% of no-load mutual funds
that are primarily passively managed (indexed). You receive email
implementation support for all your clarification questions and the many advantages of access
to Schwab Institutional.
You need at least $1,000,000
to invest3 and Cookbook fees start at
a low $225 per month. The asset-based fee decreases as the
assets in the account increase. We require that you meet with us twice yearly
for an hour each and those meetings are included.

 Financial
Planning by Retainer
Designed for those who can
benefit from a coordinated view of their financial life assisted by a Certified
Financial Planner. The cost for the retainer is based on the effort and
complexity involved. For typical situations the fee is in the range of $250 to $1,000
per month or is based on your net worth where the fee could be considerably higher. We can give you an estimate after
discussing your particular situation.
