Fiduciary Oath
Rich
Chambers is a member of
the National Association of Personal Financial
Advisors (NAPFA), whose charter is to provide consumers and
institutions with objective financial advice on a "fee-only" basis,
keeping only the best interests of the client in mind. You can be
rest assured that Investor's Capital Management, LLC will never accept
compensation contingent on the purchase or sale of a financial product.

NAPFA's
member fiduciary oath is as follows:
The NAPFA Member shall exercise his/her
best efforts to act in good faith and in the best interests of the client. The
advisor shall provide disclosure to the client prior to the engagement
of the advisor, and thereafter throughout the term of the engagement, of any
conflicts of interest which will or reasonably may compromise the impartiality
or independence of the advisor.
The NAPFA Member, or any
party in which the advisor has a financial interest, does not receive any
compensation or other remuneration that is contingent on any client's purchase
or sale of a financial product. The advisor does not receive a fee or other
compensation from another party based on the referral of a client or the
client's business.
Our
Ethics Agreement
Rich
Chambers is a Certified Financial Planner Practitioner and he is bound by the
CFP Board of Standards Ethics agreement (http://www.cfp.net/learn/ethicsprinciples.asp).
The
principals of its ethics agreement as follows:

A CFP Board
designee shall offer and provide professional services with integrity.

A CFP Board
designee shall be objective in providing professional services to clients.

A CFP Board
designee shall provide services to clients competently and maintain the
necessary knowledge and skill to continue to do so in those areas in which
the CFP Board designee is engaged.

A CFP Board
designee shall perform professional services in a manner that is fair and
reasonable to clients, principals, partners and employers, and shall
disclose conflict(s) of interest in providing such services.

A CFP Board
designee shall not disclose any confidential client information without the
specific consent of the client unless in response to proper legal process,
to defend against charges of wrongdoing by the CFP Board designee or in
connection with a civil dispute between the CFP Board designee and client.

A CFP Board
designee’s conduct in all matters shall reflect credit upon the
profession.

designee shall act diligently in providing professional services.
